Placing an order
Product Information
Products sold under Fundraisers are PR and gift set items received by brands. Packaging may vary e.g.
items received as part of a gift set may not have an individual outer box. Sample orders are prepared in blank containers labeled with product details, batch number and expiry date. Free gifts with your order are subject to stock and are provided at our discretion.
Check your details
Please double check you've chosen the correct products (including the right variation if applicable) and entered the correct shipping information before placing your order. Orders are final and we may not be able to amend or cancel an order once it has gone through.
Shipping
Standard Shipping
We aim to process your order within 2 business days, however during busy periods this can take longer. Once processed your order will be ready to ship. Delivery time varies based on your region. We use Royal Mail & DPD who promise 48 hour delivery. within the UK and one week internationally.
Delays can occur during peak seasons and extreme weather conditions.
Special event?
If you are in a rush for a birthday or other event, please reply to your order confirmation with the details and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. For UK orders, please choose Express Delivery for your order to be prioritised and sent using a 24 hour service.
Sample order?
These are done fresh for your order and may take a few days depending on the season. If you are ordering something for a special event such as a birthday within the next few days, please consider placing your sample order separately.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to return an item, first step is to always contact by replying to your order or shipping confirmation with details of the issue. This has to be done within 14 days of you receiving the product.
For clarification, we would recommend you getting into contact with one of our amazing customer care team will be happy to help. From there, we can send you the correct returns address. Please do not attempt to send a product before contacting us.
Returns:
You can return a product if it is faulty. The fault will need to be verified on receipt of the return and a replacement sent to you once this has been done. If a suitable replacement is not available then we will refund you.
We operate by pharmacy standards here. Distance selling regulations make exclusions for beauty products for sanitary reasons. If you simply change your mind, we cannot accept returns as the product is not safe to sell on to another customer. Large corporations who accept these types of returns for cosmetics will put them in the bin to keep customers happy and it doesn't affect their bottom line. We worry about the environmental impact of this type of returns culture and as a small business reserve our right not to accept returns of faultless products.
Refunds:
We will refund you, if applicable, into the same account that you used to purchase the product(s). If you used a discount code, you will be refunded by the amount you paid with the discount applied. We will endeavour to refund you as soon as possible.
